Syphon Filter can't be downloaded to the Vita from the PSN. Seriously. It says it can't be downloaded because it's a license. They should have checked that. -_-

No it can't. You download it to your PS3 and then cross load it. I already owned the PSN version and I simply had to crossload it using the content manager. Those without a PS3 may have to wait on Sony to fix the licensing.

They actually fixed it! :D Weird, right? I messaged them on Twitter and they said they'd get right on it. It works fine now.
