You would be hard pressed to find any dirt on Mario, especially if you were born after the 1990s and the decline of the video arcade, but his beginnings detail a darker, and more sinister side. The real 'secret' about Mario no one seems to (want to) know is that he's just Mario. This whole "italian plumber" crap is pure nonsense.

The whole Donkey Kong Jr. period seems to be Mario's response to losing Pauline. When she mysteriously reappears in Mario v. Donkey Kong 2, she's kind of a slut. In the end, it doesn't matter to me. I love playing DK and DKJR anytime I see them in an arcade. MAKE ROMS LEGAL AND REASONABLY PRICED!
