Bone-idle.ie writes "The big difference is that huge touch screen controller, and on the face of things it looks really bulky and impractical to use but surprisingly it’s not. It is really light (but doesn’t feel cheap) and it just fits perfectly in your hands. Even better it fits perfectly in big adult hands. I could play with my thumbs stretched out at a normal angle, something that has not happed for as long as I can remember. For the first time in a long time this could be a console I could easily put in hours of gameplay on and not end up getting weird shooting pains in my thumbs"
I've seen your other posts fanboy... Wanna remind me what PS3 launch titles looked like.

And the face buttons being under the analogue stick just feels wrong.
Am i the only one who thinks that way about the wiiupad layout?
That's what i wanted to hear.
No point in having a controller that gives you pains from just trying to hold it.
They will be noticeably better in a year or so. so much that it won't even be a discussion anymore.
Obviously never going to be as good as the other next gen, but this gives Nintendo the ability to gives us the unique and original graphic styles we want, but in HD.
The controller is not heavy or a pain to hold, 720~1080p gaming, Nintendo. Triple-A games (you can stay clear of the family friendly games, MS & SONY has their share of them also).
I honestly think the name wii is turning some hardcore away, afraid the system won't have 3rd party support, the online infrastructure...
In the coming weeks, they will reveal the rest of the info. Hopefully that will ease the crowd.
I want to hear what Capcom has in store.
