Meh. He's been reporting on Dark Souls, a game that I'm interested in, while nobody else is. He's been using facts and not wild speculation or editorial, so he's ok in my books.
Dark Souls and Demons Souls may be difficult games but are mostly pretty fair. You start out about as strong as the other people you face. When you die it is normally due to your own mistake. From Software are a fair company. More then fair. Dark Souls on PC with the new content could be bought for $40 on Steam preorder. Heck of a deal. They are very nice to customers.
The series deserves game of the year awards.. Beautifully crafted masterpieces.. Minor tech flaws but great games.. Unlike most story driven games that hold your hand, its worth every penny..
Worth every dime. Demon Souls and Dark Souls were one of my favorite games of all time. Spent countless sleepless nights playing through his grinding just dying to see what new bosses, spells, weaponry, armor and many other things lie ahead.
