Lollipop Chainsaw and the failure of satire

There's an idea on the Internet called Poe's Law. Basically, it states that if a satirical piece is indistinguishable from the subject it is trying to mock, then it's a failure. It was designed to relate to extremist ideologies like those of the Westboro Baptist Church, but the idea can be extrapolated to just about any attempt at satire. And in the case of Lollipop Chainsaw, it's absolutely applicable. (Lollipop Chainsaw, PS3, Xbox 360)

Proof that sex doesn't always sell.

I agree, but the game wasn't that sexy either. It was just retarded.

Which was the main problem. The super dumb "adorable" cheerleader thing isn't very likable.

Give me a mature, intelligent woman any day.

The game is overrated the whole cosplay thing behind it made it sell more than it should really.

only suckers spent 60$ on this game, that´s one expensive lolipop.
