Rant Gaming's Sleeping Dogs Review

After numerous delays, getting completely cancelled, and being brought back from the dead. Sleeping Dogs is finally here. Is it worth the long wait, or is Sleeping Dogs another game that should’ve stayed in development hell? (PC, PS3, Sleeping Dogs, Xbox 360) 7/10
