Beautiful game. Its got the classic FF feel. The music is beautiful, the story is interesting, it has a nice little romance (a jrpg must), the graphics are the best on the wii period, and the battle system might just be my favorite in an rpg ever (resonance of fate was pretty awesome also).

Im very glad Sakaguchi got to work with MS for two reasons. One is we got Lost Odyssey out of it. Two is that he got to play Gears and loved it influincing this game. It really benefits from that Gears-ish flow and i LOVE having a cover system in a JRPG. I truly hope this becomes Nintendo's answer to FF (as i hoped Lost Odyssey would be MS'). We need more grand epic AAA jrpg's. Xenoblade, TLS, and to a lesser degree FF13-2 spoiled me releasing so close together. Felt like the good ol days.
