Ahead of the return of the popular beat 'em up this September, we got a chance to square up to Dead or Alive 5 and talk to the game's creators.

I can't predict for PS3, but this will be the number 1 fighter on the 360. It has a large fanbase there and I am a part of that. Hopefully it plays more like 3 and lest like 4.
It's going to be HUGE on PS3. I don't know if you noticed but this game STARTED on the playstation and the xbox and xbox360 had exclusivity for the last few games. DOA Hardcore, a PS2 title, was the last one we ps fans got to play and I'm sure I'm just one of millions that can't wait to get this fighter back.
I pretty much guarantee it'll see more ps3 sales than 360 sales or at least be nearly even, WE LOVE FIGHTING GAMES! Using the PS controller for fighting games is one of the main reasons we prefer the ps controller.
