UK developer Climax has spoken to GamesIndustry.biz to clarify reports that the company has closed its Kingston studio.
Climax boss Karl Jeffery has said that the lease on the building in Kingston had finally expired, following completion of projects that finished over a year ago.
"We finished the last game project in Kingston over a year ago as reported at that time. This week we finally vacated the office space as our lease ended. The only people affected are a receptionist and an IT guy," he said.
