Why Rock Band 3 Is One Of The Greatest Games Ever Made

Gamesradar- Rock Band 3 is the epitome of a party game. No other co-op mode has captured crowd-pleasing entertainment as impeccably as Harmonix’s definitive rhythm title; no other rhythm game could so magnetize and entrance its onlookers, or make them so eager to join in the fun.

It’s the kind of experience that makes gamers out of folks who’ve never touched an NES, PS2, or Xbox 360 controller in their lives. Mario Party, Buzz!, Raving Rabbids – they don’t even come close to the communal delight brought on by busting out Rock Band 3 during a lively get-together. It’s for these reasons that we've included Rock Band 3 on our list of the best games ever. (Nintendo DS, PS3, Rock Band 3, Wii, Xbox 360)

Notice the "One of the" part of that phrase. And in all honesty, in terms of party games there's very few better.

It's one of the best social games ever made. The arguments to be had over who is playing the drums is always won by myself, I have the drumsticks. They can f*ck off and buy their own.

I actually agree. >.>

As far as music games, or even games in general, you dont get much more 'big' than Rock Band 3. The amount of content on disk, and especially downloadable is second-to-none.

Almost platinum Rock Band 3 minus some of the Pro Guitar trophies. I have the pro guitar it's just bloody hard.

id say its probably the game ive put the most hours into out of any over my 20+ years of video game playing.

its easily one of the best games of all time IMO. unlimited replay value, fantastic single player but 10x better with friends, and addictive as hell. with the pro instruments, drums especially, its as fun as games can get IMO.
