I don't think so, i remember last year i read of an offer from Toys R Us in US similar to this one and i went to my local Toys R Us in Puerto Rico and they said that the offer was valid to everyone in US, PR is US territory so i guess is valid to everyone as long as they are in the US give them a call and check out.

Just called my local Toys R Us in Pasadena, MD and this is officially bogus. There are a couple US promotions this week involving those two games, but nothing that amazing.
