Staying in Shape at Home

GamerFitNation: Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo Wii all have games that will get your body moving and burning off calories. Games such as Just Dance and Zumba Fitness can be found for the Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii. Out of experience as a runner, I sweat and end up exhausted the time I’m finished playing. (Culture, PS3, Wii, Xbox 360)

Or I can go to the gym and get a proper workout and then come home and relax on the couch playing a videogame using a relaxing comfortable controller.

In your case you'll just skip the gym and go sit on the couch and play games.

Try doing push ups with your legs on the bed. Do it four times a week and you will get a Dragon Ball Z chest.

Buy a treadmill.
That way you won't look like an idiot.
