Always good when you see people going out of their way to breath new life into classic games. Definitely a worthwhile venture.
The fact that they have ideas to give my favorite crpg, Planescape:Torment, the same treatment has me very excited as well. Let alone their interest in continuing the Baldur's Gate series.
We need more proper crpgs. The genre as a whole has been getting pretty watered down over the last few years. A revival of the hardcore rpg is definitely a positive in my books.
I know, right. Morrowind was the greatest RPG ever... until you bring Black Isle and AD&D back into the picture.
I'd just love to see Overhaul Games try and restore and enhance Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords - the story of that game is almost as disgusting as the dissolution of Black Isle.
