it's sad that we pretty much got the twist in the storyline once the cast list was released. i'll still have fun playing it, plus sherry looked like a bamf in that trailer.

i don't know but i have a weird feeling about RE6 and i feel like it won't be that good not even as good as RE5. But i hope i am wrong because i want a awesome RE game

I could care less about the series now- it is a generic TPS. Dead Space is the new king of horror.

Go look at the videos again. You can play it co-op or single player with no AI. Single player with no AI is scary.

Lol never say that again dead space 3 will ruin what made 1 and 2 awesome scary games. Neither title is deserving of the name king anymore.

I've accepted the fact that RE has turned into an action game. I'm not expecting the horror game that I got with RE1, which in my opinion was the most survival horror of all of them. It was very isolated to the mansion which made it scary.

While 2 & 3 are still fond memories, I think that once they got out beyond the isolation of that mansion the game has been steadily becoming more action oriented.

I still enjoy the story and I know the characters. I'm looking forward to seeing how they progress and as long as the gameplay is fun I'll enjoy it.

Maybe some day they'll reboot the franchise and bring back the horror, but until then I've just learned to accept what it has become.

I've played Amnesia... it's alright, overrated for me in the scares!

But I feel the franchise that is actually messed up and totally creepy is the Fatal Frame franchise!
