Deadlight Review | ChronoGamers

We are in a sad state of the videogame industry these days, where there simply are not enough zombie themed games. Acknowledging this serious issue, Tequila Works has released their zombie-survival-platformer Deadlight. The game follows titles like Limbo, Shadow Complex, and Braid as one of this year’s “Summer of Arcade” releases on Xbox Live. Deadlight tells the tale of Randall Wayne’s survival in a dark 1980′s Seattle, filled with an evil military and the zombie-like ‘Shadows’. The game has an art style that is dark and vague as the story. This unique style is both the game’s greatest accomplishment, and biggest issue I had with it.
-Sam Adonis (Deadlight, Xbox 360) 7/10
