Street Fighter x Tekken ’12 Character DLC Pack’ Review | Trendy Gamers

I haven’t played Street Fighter x Tekken since I reviewed it back in March and with the new release of the 12 Character DLC Pack, I had a good reason to go back and play the fighter that I really enjoyed. With this DLC, 6 characters from Street Fighter (Blanka, Cody, Dudley, Elena, Guy, Sakura) and 6 characters from Tekken (Alisa, Bryan, Christie, Jack-X, Lars, Lei) are added to the fight.

$20 = too high for characters

Well, 12 new characters for $20 sounds good these days.

In Mortal Combat 9 it was around $4 per character!!!

How does $20 for 12 players sound good?! Honestly I doubt the cost too model the characters justifies the price. $5 would have been the better option, with the amount of people who bought/play the game, if even half of those people bought it at $5 you'd still make a justifiable profit without to much risk. If I wanted to spend $20, I could buy an arcade game off of XBL or PSN or even a full game on Steam for less than $20. No DLC without adding at least 5-10 hours of game play is correctly priced for $20.

$20 for 12 characters is the best price for DLC characters this gen. Mortal Kombat had 4 characters for $15 IF you got the season pass or bought the pack after all characters were released. If anything, Blazblue prices are too high. You get 1 character for $8.

These were the same on-disc characters discovered when the game came out?
