Destructoid - Starhawk Review

Destructoid - All in all, the multiplayer portion of Starhawk is not bad. The disappointment stems from the notion that it could have been truly great, but a few design decisions and strange lag keep it from achieving that. As a single-player experience, Starhawk exceeds expectations, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it for those who prefer to play alone, if only to try out the undeniably cool Build-and-Battle system. (PS3, Starhawk) 7/10

Why is Distructoid so late with their Starhawk review?
SJPFTW  +   281d ago
cuz its a multiplayer game? i doubt anyone can make a proper and informative review with just a couple hours or days with a game's multiplayer

And yet dozens of other sites did. Hmmmmm....

Did I accidentally activate my time machine again and go back to May 7th?!

apparently it takes three months to review a multiplayer game. Wow...Just another example of why DESRUCTIOD BLOWS.
cchum  +   281d ago
Longer than that with the two month open beta that they could have played....unacceptable and embarassing!

lol way to actually review games destructoid....we know where the priority lies (trolling articles)...lol games journalism

Also wasn't there a couple month long OPEN beta where they could have gotten a lot of play time?

You first. I've ALWAYS hated Destructoid because of their biased reviews and apparently late to the party reviews. Clearly your an educated one "Bonerrr" lol

... was that really the best you could do, Bonerrr? Geez, I'd be embarrassed to admit I'd even THOUGHT of something so... boring.

On topic: it'll be a happy day when gaming journalism meets its end and has to rise from the ashes, renewed, like gaming itself had to do.
