You must not have been reading IGN, Gamespot, or 1UP's previews. They've been saying this is THE "killer ap" of the PS3 launch. I can't wait to play this game in co-op when my friends come over. It is too bad that the co-op isn't online, but maybe for the sequel, if there is one. I imagine that there would be one since Insomniac usually likes to start a new franchise with each console cycle and then put out a couple other games in the series.

If this is successful, I wouldn't mind a sequel. As long as it doesn't interfere with any future Ratchet games. Insomniac's also supposed to be working on a Ratchet game, but I think all that's been shown is a tech demo. Hopefully we'll see it in 2007. The Ratchet series had some of my favorite games for the ps2.

The 360 guys get funnier every time. Resistance is looking amazing as always. I definitely can't wait to see how the next Ratchet and Clank game turns out. Their team seems pretty big, so I think they can handle working on two big franchises at the same time.

This game does look good! Also, HiSpeedSoldier61, its all this amazing news coming from X06 about the 360. Its just all too good to bare. Too much good news in one day.

I will never understand how you all say "X06 is AWESOME" but Sony's TGS showing was utter crap? X06 is just MS showing what they didn't show at TGS which was everything because MS certainly was absent from the event.

Anyways this is chess not checkers so we now wait for the launch blowout Sony will have in late Oct. regarding PS3 (my prediction is that all 360 fans will cry and say PS3 shown nothing)

I never said anything about X06 being awesome, but thank you for mentioning that it is. Its the news coming from it, thus far, the news has been much more exciting then anything out of TGS. All TGS gave was PS3 gameplay to the Japanese. Thats all fine and well, but 360 people already have their gameplay. So whats better? Games games and more Games. Which there are a plenty. Exclusive titles all around MS. They must be spending so much money. But i dont think it will change the minds of any people backing sony, potentially some mediators, and it definately makes the 360 people happy.

There are plenty of reasonable people here who own a 360 yet have not fallen to the level of a fanatic like some others. I salute you guys.

For the fanatics, continue on. Seriously, I don't mind at all. If you want to be loyal to a corporation, go ahead. I won't complain when you buy that faulty product because you thought it was superior to the others, because it came from YOUR brand. Again, what you do with your money is not interesting to me in this case.

I and the others will just compare the quality of products objectively as much as possible, and be happy when we find that our efforts save both time, money, energy, and our peace of mind. And we'll thank every fanatic for this, because fanatics show us what NOT to do.
