This is what a lot of next gen games will look like.

I'm very much okay with that. Add those graphics with 60fps/1080p and you have next gen gold. Impressive indeed.

I hope it hits Steam.

CE5 has a higher framerate but CE3 looks better at times...

I guess this is because CE5 is just supposed to be a Cryengine for VR and not much more
