Halo 4 Spartan Laser footage leaks

XMNR: Following the image leak of the railgun in Halo 4 over the weekend, we now get a look at the Spartan Laser in action courtesy of another video leak on Monday. Watching the powerful anti-vehicle weapon for the upcoming Xbox 360 also clues us in on how it has changed from Halo 3 and Halo: Reach. (Halo 4, Xbox 360)

Beat me to it LOL, Love the sound of both of them. Especially the sniper rifle as it sounds just like a genuine 50cal sniper rifle now.

It sounds powerful, I just hope it doesn't wreck vehicles like in Reach because that was stupid.

For believabilties sake id like to think a 30mm round fired from what is essentially a tank cannon with a scope would do some damage to a vehicle..

That spartan laser sounds amazing!!!
Hivemind  +   1087d ago
Fucking hell, it still only has 4 shots instead of the H3 5 shots.
KRUSSIDULL  +   1087d ago
It never had 5 shots.
munish23  +   1087d ago
Halo 3 had a 5 shot spartan laser, each taking 20/100.

Ok sorry then, I tought he were talking about the sniper rifle :S

God damn, the one problem I've had with halo since H3 is that there's too many ways for infantry to destroy vehicles. Oh and bungie taking all the fun out of Big Team.....

Um...the only thing that ruined the vehiCles was the addition of standard weapons doing damage to vehicles. Hence why me n my friends renamed the DMR the GDR (gods designated rifle) as soon as I blew up a tank with a standard rifle round....I was like....w...t...f...

I'm sorry, but your point seems to fit in exactly with mine? Too many ways for infantry to destroy vehicles?

Great, I just love watching out for the red beacon of death blinking in the distance. xD

I think the rocket launcher is more than good enough at serving it's role as an anti-vehicle weapon... ah well, seeing as the weapon spawns are random, perhaps it will not be so bad.

Aww man! In Halo 3 more than a few people got to feel how hot that laser got.

Last Halo I've played

The Splaser sounds sick. The sniper sounds more realistic, but I liked the Reach sound effect better; it sounded more powerful.

Nevertheless, this game is going to kick so much ass.

I just hope it's smoother than H3's splaser. It was so clunky, and the kick was irritatingly huge.

Reach's was much better. Alot smoother.
