Not that inFAMOUS and 2 are not great games, but it seems a little odd to release them as HD collections... I suppose you just get them both for less than buying separate?

Judging from basically every other collection / dual pack, they're trying to sell through stock of relatively ugly red greatest hits versions of these games.
GoW Origins is a voucher code. I'd be very surprised if this is a real collection (with new or at least original boxes) and not just the greatest hits versions with a pretty cardbox box slipcover to form the 'collection'. That's basically confirmed already with the details given, including that there's a voucher code for Origins and most places are calling it "God of War Saga Dual Pack". If you don't have them, great price on the God of War Saga specifically, but don't expect them all on disk and pretty boxes/art.
To be off topic I'd like to see an hd remake for killzone 1 which I'm sure Sony should be working on. Is actually like a proper remake/ upgrade to kz 1. I'd be willing to pay full price for a proper remake that looks similar to killzone 2. Is also like a remake of the matrix path of neo
So expect a Metroid Trilogy HD version, Super Mario Galaxy HD version, and The Legend of Zelda Twilight & Skyward Sword HD version.
It would make sense and it's free money.

Sony has so many amazing IP's from 1st and 2nd gen, I just don't get why they are releasing HD remakes rather than expanding the IP's and giving us a current gen IP from those great franchises.
In a time where shooters reign supreme, it would be a breath of fresh air to play some sequels to some of Sony's amazing 1st gen games that didn't fall into the FPS genre like Kegacy of Kain or Soul Reaver.

I agree "a lot" shouldn't be, but there are a good handful that should be. That is my point. A huge library of games on the PS1, I think it's not hard to pick out 3-5 games within that list to continue the IP in this gen.
I would be happy with Legacy of Kain, Soul Reaver, Jet Moto, Tenchu just to name a few off my head.
5 IP's that carry over from the PS1 days is 5 more exclusive franchises that continue to expand Sony's exclusive portfolio in each generation to compete against the competitions exclusive titles.

I could see a similar Motorstorm three pack, Yakuza three pack, LBP double pack, Socom double pack. Pretty much anything that's had same gen' sequels.
Perhaps they'll follow the Journey pack's PSN lead and start doing more PSN bundles on disc, like the Limbo/TrialsHD/Splosion Man retail disc for the 360 or the Back to the Future one for PS3?
PS2 classics wise, I could see a Hitman HD Collection to coincide with Absolution's release. Rockstar are just about due. A GTA HD Collection five pack with GTA3/ViceCity/SanAndreas/Liber tyCityStories/ViceCityStories would make a lot of people happy for sure. I could go for a 007 Everything or Nothing/From Russia With Love HD set myself from EA to coincide with the new 007 Skyfall movie. Give people a chance to play some good third person cover shooters from before Uncharted and Gears even existed. Heh
As far as multiplat I'd love to see ATV off road series go HD
