Luckily, even people without a Vita can still enjoy it on their PS3. However, I'd definitely recommend it on the Vita, first. The touch controls seem imperative.

It's awesome, plus if you get it on one platform, it's free on the other, so PS3 and Vita owners don't have to double dip.

The reason for those 12 disagrees, in case anyone is still in the dark over this, is because you mentioned implied your Vita wasn't seeing much use.

A five month period with zero retail releases be damned, you do NOT imply that the Vita has NOGAEMS. That's the PS3's meme and it had damned well better stay on the PS3.

No, the Instant Game collection is a collection of 12 full games available as soon as you subscribe to PS+. It's not a one time thing, they cycle a new game in about 2 times a month. This was explained a while ago.

Dunno about US but EU just got Dead Space 2 and Rock of Ages last week.

They generally introduce a minimum of 3 new full games a month.

For July they took down Virtua Fighter 5, Hard Corp: Uprising, and Zombie Apocalypse and put up Gotham City Impostors, Pac-Man Championship Edition DX, and Renegade Ops.

For August they are taking down Gotham City Impostors and putting up The Walking Dead Episodes 1 and 2 (counts as one game). They haven't announced the other two games they are taking down or their replacements.

I played soundshapes at the vita hill social clube here in chicago.... I wasn't terribly impressed, of course, it was a demo, but I would not say its better than gravity rush by any means...

I'll still probably get it, just to have something to play on my Vita..

@siren ... if plus and vita have failed to impress you then there is something wrong with you. That, or you are just trolling. There are several games on vita and the offerings on PS Plus are phenomenal....much better than what you get from any of the other services.

Not really. I love PSN, but PS Plus has been lame since the E3 update...Gotham City Imposters, bleh and the discounts are not "deep" at all, especially compared to STEAM. No bundles, beta's, barely any free games, even the avatars and themes have been absolutely lacking.

Let alone the games they gave us, a majority of Plus users probably already own, or had no will to buy, with the exception of InFamous.

Not bashing it, but the service won't get any better if you sit there and say its godly when its not.....

You get a minimum of 36 games (not including PS1 Classics/minis/etc.) with a one year subscription, and there is a beta coming this month.

You never know, they could give away the last three episodes at a later date. They gave away the full series of both Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse and Back To The Future through regular updates and Jurassic Park through a special promotion.
