Gears of War FPS could happen, “Never say never” – Epic

Although I don't mind switching up the formula. I think it's time for the Gears series to rest. It's time for them to try something new and revitalize new IP.
I prefer tps but i would like to see guerilla do a first person gears with killzone graphics and epic to do a third person killzone, i KNOW both would be awesome.
I hated bulletstorm and i hate that people can fly are doing gears judgement.
Definitely would like to see a first person chain saw kill rather then dooms. If they go through with, it let it be on the next Xbox, running on the UE4:)
Would be interesting and a bit of a risk, maybe it'll get done one day? Bulletstorm sort of proved it would work well.
Sort of how that Call Of Duty third person game was about to be made until Infinity Ward died out. Would love to actually see a Call Of Duty adventure type of game.
Making GoW an FPS? First of all...why? Its perfectly fine the way it is. If they wanted to make a TPS of GoW, they'd have to add a cover system to it like KZ3, so I guess it'd be kind of cool.
Theres nothing wrong with changing up a series every so often, but changing one of the main gaming mechanics which also dictated animations and the cover system that gave the game its distinct feel?

MS already has Halo as its flagship FPS. Cant see them wanting epic to change their game so much.

Thats a really good idea! Would defo like to use the controller along side it though lol. Maybe use a tablet for the map?
Better yet what if you (using your controller) create unit groups and your smartphone/tablet then gives you a shortcut to quickly access those groups!
