Ogawa Talks Wii Sonic

One of the most exciting Nintendo Wii exclusives set to make an appearance on the console next year would have to be Sonic And The Secret Rings.

Sonic Team's Yojiro Ogawa recently sat down for an interview with French website Gamekult (via C3) and revealed that simplicity alone is set to play a major factor in Sonic's debut on the Wii. He stated rather controversially that he believed "deep gameplay and big adventures don't suit the Wii philosophy."

Ogawa then went on to reveal that Sonic's super charged adventure is set to span 70 missions, which the average gamer should be able to race through within ten hours. Intrepid players will have the option to accomplish bonus content and subsequently receive additional medals... (Sonic and the Secret Rings, Wii)
