The wait between the post-launch releases and this upcoming slew of them was long and terrible. But I still love my Vita!
Now is a terrible time to buy a Vita. In the Spring, sure, it was nice. We were getting retail games and digital content. Now? We haven't had a single game released retail since June 14th. We've had virtually nothing from the PSN, and between now and October 30th there's only 1 release worth mentioning.
Hell, the biggest "thing" for Vita owners to look forward to in this five month stretch is PS1 b/c. That's it, and we've no idea when this feature--which was advertised right out of the box--will ever be implemented.
The Vita is a fantastic piece of hardware--but now certainly isn't the time to buy one.
Unless, of course, you're a Sony fanboy or have enough disposable income to import games. Have you seen Japan's Vita line-up? AWESOME.
