Dead Trigger (iOS) Gets Huge Update and Goes For Free on iTunes App Store

Nineoverten.com writes that Madfinger's latest iOS title, the zombie shooter Dead Trigger has received a huge update, bringing about new weapons, gadgets, zombies and environments to the fore.
