ArmA 3 will be playable at this year's GamesCom

DSOGaming writes: "Great news for PC gamers attending this year’s GamesCom, as Bohemia’s military sim FPS will be playable. According to the company, the latest build of their game will be available, alongside the PC and X360 versions of Carrier Command: Gaea Mission."

why would it turn to COD if it went on console??? because it's utilising the keyboard and mouse set-up I'm sure it could be converted to controller set-up.

Please check the game out before making comments about fitting it onto a controller.

I bet you have no idea about the game and probably never have seen it running before passing such comments.

The game would require serious steamlining to make it fit on a controller, by which point it would become a BF or COD game.

There is no way that would happen. Only if the console had mouse and keyboard would this happen.

Call of Duty went to consoles and it turned into CRAP luckily PC Gamers still had Battlefield.

Battlefield 3 goes to consoles and it turned into CRAP luckily PC Gamers still have Arma.

If Arma 3 goes to consoles it will turn into CRAP just like Operation Flashpoint turned into CRAP and then PC Gamers will have only Planetside 2.

When one PC Game becomes console CRAP luckily another game steps up and take it's place.

*I DO NOT see Arma 3 coming to next Gen consoles. Bohemia Interactive is a very small studio that just focuses on the PC, and trying to break gamers PC's with their demanding titles.*

Yeah, they said they will release Day Z for it on Launch. Plus, Day Z as its own standalone title too. Its awesome how popular its become!

Getting arma 2 in the morning missed the sale but stuff it the content is huge the battlebus vids on youtube are a riot lol at the guy who says this is the best day of my life i had a play at a mates house im hooked, the day z mod looks like a breath of fresh air in a stale industry.
