I don't like all this 'PC' stuff entering into gaming. It used to be so free of that kind of stuff. I noticed it most with AC1, when they had that disclaimer at the start of the game saying it was made by a multi faith team etc. so religious people wouldn't get offended by the games' content. Now the disclaimer is at the start of all of them.
I think AC1 came out about the time there were those riots about cartoons of Mohammed in a Dutch newspaper, where crazy mobs killed a bunch of people because of a political cartoon published in a paper on the other side of the world, and everyone was hypersensitive about offending everyone.

Scalping.... I think we should have it in there. Games are full of stereotypes, who cares (or who should care)- we can distinguish fact from fiction. I agree there's tasteless content we shouldn't make a feature of a game, but scalping isn't exactly one in my opinion.
Scalping was started by the American's, The Red Indian just returned the pain.
This game is a contridiction, they said it was not against the English atall and the Americans all had English accents at the time. Not according to the trailer i saw yesteday.
It's just an excuse to Hate on England for no reason.
The devs are Arrogant arseholes.
the english actually didnt have the english accent we know of today then either. in fact both america and england sounded closer to how americans do today.

Some people will be offended at the portrayal of a native american scalping someone. It's too gory and weird.
