Mode 7 given Nintendo dev status

Independent UK developer Mode 7 has told GameSpot today that it has been granted official Nintendo developer status.

Mode 7 is a small development studio founded in 2003 by Ian Hardingham, and later joined by Paul Taylor. Determinance was released for PC on February 14, 2007.

Taylor told GameSpot that he is delighted with the company's new status. He said, "We grew up with Nintendo consoles; nothing could be better for us than working on a Nintendo DS title."
