Hands-On With Sleeping Dogs | Daily Joypad

DJP's Dan:

"No matter how good sandbox games turn out, there’s always at least one tiny niggle that we pick at. Grand Theft Auto IV felt a bit too serious, Just Cause 2 had a frankly pants narrative arc, but now, we might have a game that provides the perfect mixture for fans of sandbox gaming." (PC, PS3, Sleeping Dogs, Xbox 360)

This looks like it's going to be a sleeper hit this year. It looks fun and the graphics are great. Can't wait to get my hands on it.

If what he said is true then it's exactly what i am looking for. Something to give me a GTA like playground until GTA V shows up.

This game will be mine. I played the hell out of True Crime on my GC back in the day. Hopefully you can still pat down random people, handcuff and leave them face down in the street. So satisfying.

Looks like it'll be one of those solid 8.5ers that doesn't get enough attention.

The way this game is being described has me thinking of Stranglehold which was a john woo game starring Chow Yun Fat, but on a much larger scale...i'm intrigued.
