Metal Gear Rising cuts out a February 2013 release window

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will launch in February according to an advert appearing in Intent Media's annual Sourcebook.

yup, who would play rising, instead of the last of us. beyond two souls, ni no kuni, tomb raider or dead space 3? becouse all of those game will be released in first 3 months of 2013. well unless you have a lot of money and a lot of time then yeah why not.

Besides , even as a spin off , Ni no kuni (however excellent it is )and dead space being threatening to a metal gear game ? seriously ? And tomb raider is after in March and Beyond doesnt even got a date , it's the kind of game that usually get at least one delay .

well dead space not threatening metal gear, but rising is not metal gear it just has metal gear name. If it was metal gear 5 and i had money/time lets say only for 3 games, then metal gear would be in top 3 together with ni no kuni and beyond two souls, fourth would be the last of us, fifth tomb raider, six, dead space :)

I'll rent The Last of Us, watch Beyond Two Souls on YouTube, I don't give a crap about RPG's, and Dead Space 3 looks like crap. So yeah I'm all for some Revengeance action.

This game does nothing for me whatsoever. I like the Metal gear series as much as the next guy despite all the strange convoluted connections, but this just looks absolutely horrific as a game. Graphically it looks sharp but that's about all.
