"Yesterday is a shining light amongst point-and-click adventures. In a genre in which the majority of titles rely on camp humour and one-liners, this is a game brave enough to stick its neck on the line and refute that stereotype. Sure, there’s plenty of dick jokes, innuendo, and swears, but it’s perfectly balanced by the harrowing plot, full to the brim with torture, murder, betrayal, and the occult. Puzzles are never frustratingly difficult – there’s always some sort of a hint in the surroundings, waiting to be picked apart by your prying eyes. And if it’s all still too much for you, the clever hint system is there to point you in the right direction without feeling like a walkthrough." | Select Start Media

Entertainment Buddha's Matt Heywood writes, "Thanksgiving has come and gone, but our appetite for new games will never subside. Unfortunately, this week’s new video game releases are pretty meager outside of one mega-title. It’s a great week to save if you know what I mean, but if you absolutely have to play a new game then you may want to consider picking up Gran Turismo 6 for the PS3. It’s a shame that it isn’t on the PS4, but the PS3 still has plenty to offer, so you should expect the same high level of polish that you’ve come to appreciate in the previous GT games."
