SBG | The 10 best PSP games to own forever

SBG: "The Best to Own Forever series isn’t about what’s great right now. It’s about what will be great in 10 years, even though there will be better-looking games and later sequels, and what will keep you pulling that dusty old console out of the closet every once in a while. In this installment, we look at the PlayStation Portable." (corpse party, Culture, Dead Head Fred, Half-Minute Hero, Patapon 2, Persona 3 Portable, PSP, Rock Band Unplugged, Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together, The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, Valkyria Chronicles 2)

Good list. Wanting to get Corpse Party on my Vita.

Though I would add Monster Hunter Freedom 2 (if you can read Japanese, then portable 3'rd) and Phantasy Star Portable 2, which had a very entertaining story behind it.

I loved my PSP, but when I got my Vita I gave it to a friend who loves JRPG's but never had the money for one.

The lack of Jeanne D'Arc on this list is disturbing. That is the best PSP game I've ever played.

The lack of peace walker is disturbing. That is one of the best games I have ever played period. Kind of a mediocre list imo.

gran turismo psp should be there since it took almost forever to be released!

and also midnight club 3 DUB edition since its a full PS2 game in the PSP!

While it's by no means an amazing game, people should play Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble. It's the closest thing to a 3D River City Ransom you're going to get.

And besides, who doesn't want to have an eye-laser showdown with a Japanese punkass schoolboy?
