The First Ever Home Video Game Console to be Created

Although the first computer games appeared in the 50s, they used vector displays, not video. It was not until 1972 that Magnavox released the first home video game console, the Magnavox Odyssey, invented by Ralph H. Baer. The Odyssey was initially only moderately successful.

I remember all of this from doing a report for school, and I decided to base it on the history of video games.

I knew i had one of these, once i saw this i had to look in the loft and there it was still in the box with manual. gonna have go in bit then might see how much its worth.

It was my dads when he was young and he passed it down when i was young, worth a few quid now i reckon.

Just found a virtuaboy and cleco vision also, its like a very old christmas at my house
