Awesome Metal Gear Solid Moments

The Metal Gear Solid series is one of the most unique series in gaming ever. While most games try to shock you to be remembered, the Metal Gear Solid’s will be remembered for more subtle things along with some of its crazy cut scenes that were either epic or tugged at the heart strings. Let’s take a trip down memory lane. (GameCube, Metal Gear Solid Series, PS Vita, PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox 360)

First time i done that climb i thought my game had broken and was endlessly spawning that ladder xD

hella nice song they play to keep you occupied though =)

The moment that got me every time no matter how many playthroughs i do, is when Sunny asks if she'll ever see uncle snake again and Otacon turns away crying "Snake... had a hard life... he needs some time to be alone" when he was at the graveyard about to shoot himself.

Many a manly tear was shed for that franchise ='(

@Xperia, i almost smashed my button square through the controller trying to pull snake through that.

"Snake... had a hard life... he needs some time to be alone"

Goddammit you just had to remind me of that didn't you. I think there's something in my eye...

Also in anticipation of the budget release and Trophy patch, here is an amazing fanmade trailer that pays a homage to the third trailer of The Dark Knight Rises.

for me (sorry but I can't remember the name of the character) it was when I was asked to put my controller on the floor and it was moved by telekinesis. That was a defining moment for me as a gamer. And fighting The End! Loved that and managed to kill his parrot... didn't taste nice though. I might as well throw in making snake eat too much and then spinning him round in the viewer. Kojima thinks of everything. If anyone hasn't tried that yet, I recommend it
