Will OUYA Be Used To Test The Waters?

The news of Robotoki’s Human Element getting a prequel on OUYA will certainly make more people sit up and listen, but does it open a new possibility for the console? Will developers use it to test new game concepts and IPs? (Human Element, Industry, Ouya, Robotoki)

Why don't they just make a wireless controller that hooks up to your phone via Bluetooth.

My fear and prediction with OUYA
It will start out as a successful start-up/grass roots independent console and gain a strong niche following. Upon gaining more popularity, some big corporation will buy them out and everything will start to go downhill from there. No more "free" games and everything that was good about this console like 100% hackable. Instead, we'll get tons of ads, tracking, and other crap, turning it into another corporate machine tool.
