Wow, it seems like more companys are trying to join the free-to-play market now.

FTP again...it's a new name for always-online DRM. This time Ubisoft can do it without fear (they tried to do it with Ghost Recon Online but failed) since everybody else is doing it for their upcoming games.

Racing Games, specifically simulators, should be the first to be free-to-play. Forza and Gran Turismo have so many cars, and most people probably will only use 5% of them so having that many is useless. Both of the series should be free to play or $10 max; with a few cars to start, and then you buy only the one's that you want. Either individually and/or in packs. All the tracks should always be included. I just had an idea, they could include a track editor, but that's less profitable.

Every industry has these issues

Some companies I’ve worked for were great and some were toxic as hell (UPS when I was a teenager was extremely toxic and I have heard it still is) It all starts at the top. They either hold people accountable , set standards and treat people with respect or the crap rolls downhill.
