All4One was good too and I think it's the best co-op driven game available now! drop in and out of game easily and puzzles require players to work together like no other! many don't like it because it strays away from the original SP style but hey, this is the direct sequel to ACiT where the story continues and story wise, it's still good as always! the characters are there, the weapons are there, the humor too...hey what to dislike? as a fan, I totally love All4One!
can't wait for this and I still have to get the collection! this will be the only HD collection of games that I've played but will still buy! yeah, I love it THAT much!

Oh well, it at least got further than Spyro, Crash, or Jak.
Edit: Oh right, this is supposed to be less like A4O and more like classic Ratchet. Seems like they don't want to invest in full sized Ratchet games for PS3. I hope they move to the VITA and continue Ratchet on there
It is called overstrike it's multiplatform but i guess they are also doing things on the side.I wonder when they will return to the main ratchet and clank series
I thought it was two cuz I only know of their main team that makes resistance and ratchet &clank and overstrike now. All 4 one was made by their NC studio so I'm pretty sure this one is made by the main team so it will be good
Urgh, I'm not sold on this game. After Tools of Destruction (I loved that) the franchise seemed to peter out a bit. Don't know why they even bothered with Quest for Booty, Crack in Time was definitely good but was far from being the best entry imo, and I never even bothered with All 4 One, didn't interest me in the slightest.
I want another huge traditional Ratchet and Clank game. No more spin-offs and half-baked games.
You're absolutely right! ACiT had to be the first R&C that I only ever completed once simply because the game got boring and just wasn't as fun as TOD.
I don't touch spin-off's or PSN games altogether so I won't be getting this, Quest for Booty was the only exception.
So wait, it pretty much is a yearly thing now? Such a shame. A crack in time is one of my favorite ps3 games of all time. It was loads of fun and I even went for the platinum(not hard). I played All4One and was letdown but hopefully I can pick up Tools of Destruction to tide me over or maybe I'll try the HD remakes. I might try the Sly games first though. I wish I had got the first one when it was only 5 bucks on psn plus. :( Hopefully they will do that sale again.
He might be trolling but he's still right. 4 PS2 games, this'll be the fifth PS3 game and then there's the other releases on PSP (some of which went to PS2 if I remember correctly), when're you gonna give it a break Insomniac? All of the games this gen for me were lacklustre and didn't even feel that fun. The humour is gone and there's nothing really new in the games since the first 3 or so titles.
Honestly this series is really sinking into the dirt but it seems like they want to continue doing so. Fine by me, I still have the first 3 titles to console me but I won't be buying any more games if it's more of what we've been getting lately.
Thats cuz the only other game was all for one which was made by the Insomniacs rookie studio based in North Carolina. The main team was finishing up Resistance 3. This one is going to be really good!!!!
well I was talking about tools of destruction. the first ratchet game to come out for ps3. that one does not have trophy support but it was made by the talented insomniac
and regardless which insomniac team worked on the game, there still shouldn't be a reason not to patch it up with trophy support especially since its the same studio
Guys its ok Insomniacs main team is making this game unlike all 4 one which was made by there rookie North Carolina studio cuz the main team was finishing up resistance 3. I'm sure this one will be just as good as the originals and the future trilogy!!!
Am I crazy for actually liking All4One? I like to play Co-op games with my girlfriend and it's nice not to have to deal with split screen. I don't mind not being able to move the camera... the gameplay is more like God of War that way. Also, I really enjoy the graphics in All4One. There's even SSAO in it. In my opinion, SSAO gives games a lot more depth.
