TXB Feature: The Art of Violence

TXB writes- There's a current stigma with video games that makes them unfit to run in the circles of other media, such as music, movies, photographs and paintings. Even as a popular culture icon, the video game hasn't been heralded in the same way as, say, a Disney animation cell is. There are pushes to change this-especially by those that collect classic coin-ops and ROMs-but there's a long way to go for our beloved medium. Maybe there aren't enough museum curators or art critics that are gamers or perhaps it doesn't feel high-brow enough to the elite because, well, all of their elitist offspring play video games?
