Combat Detection in MMOs

World of Warcraft has been the name in MMORPGs for as long as the genre has been in existence. As we slowly come to the end of its lifespan, we must look to the future for what innovations will come and revitalize an overly stagnated type of game. In a genre where one game has single handedly shaped and influenced every aspect of its genre, we need something new that will wander off the beaten path and offer a new take on an extremely popular mode of play. Combat detection offers an extremely interesting take on the MMO that I believe could prove fresh and interesting for all players. (PC, TERA, World of Warcraft)

"World of Warcraft has been the name in MMORPGs for as long as the genre has been in existence." Right, because WoW was the first mmo. *rolls eyes*
