Platformers that took a leap

MyGaming's Jeremy Proome writes: "Once upon a time in a kingdom far far away, 2D platforming games were a true work of art. Those days are long behind us as we celebrate the 3D platformer. (Donkey Kong Country Returns, Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, PS3, Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time, Sonic Colors, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Wii, Xbox 360)
