You mean the same design he's always had? It's a shame they wimped him down for the movies. He's barely even a big guy now.

he looks like he cant even lift his arms in the Arkham games, look how ridiculously massive his shoulders are!

His Kinghtfall look is much more menacing. I loved the Arkham games, but its hard to take him seriously if he looks like the michelin man,

Yeah not really. He is nearly half the size of the Arkham version in the first comic he appeared back in 90s. He is still a pretty big guy but he sure as hell not just known for his ridiculous size or muscle power but his intellect. He is the first true villain that discovered Batman's identity as far as I know. His portrayal in Arkham games is just pathetic.
