My slightly crazy 3rd party prediction for this game, and I've said this since All-Stars was announced...........Kratos was in Mortal Kombat.......a Mortal Kombat character is going to be in All-Stars. The obvious choice for brand recognition will be Scorpion or Sub-Zero, though I think GORO would be the best fit but GORO would be tough to come up with Supers for, unlike Scorpion or Sub-Zero..
So who are all the confirmed characters so far? Also I wanna see Crash, Old Snake, and some RPG characters. We need more PS One era stuff to reminisce about

awesome i hope sonic is in even as a dlc i got no problem i think super bot are doing an amazing job with this game its just looks fun and i will be play the h*** out of it

Just like to point out that I find it strange they went with the Good Cole skin instead of his netural one....maybe SuckPunch decided to go with the Good ending for inFAMOUS 3....bit of a stretch but you never know
They already showed that the costumes for each character can look drastically different. For example, krato's alternate costume is his brother Deimos. So Cole could get both good an evil costumes, maybe a kessler one as well.
Yeah but I'm talking about the standard outfit, not the differen't skins you can select as an alternative outfit. Wouldn't Coles be the Yellow and Black one, his netural clothing rather then it being the Good outfit.
Hell even the Level 2 Ice Attack is borrowed from the good side power since Kuo who's power you take is mostly the good choice in missions when you side with her.
You never know, they might change a couple of the movesets for certain costumes, Kratos' bro would seem rather weird using the blades of chaos, or chains of olympus or whatever. He used a spear mostly, so one can only hope.
If you look at the picture of the alternative outfits, he's holding a pair of blades. But they look different from Kratos's. If they changed the weapons, then they will have to change the animations and moveset and re balance stuff, so then it would end up as a different character, not just outfit.

OOOoooo Think i just got 10 times more excited for this game XD. Cole and Jak(daxter was just an added bonus) where my two must haves. I can not wait for my gaming parties with this one.
i didnt get many platinums on my ps3 but infamous 1 and 2 got their ranks on my ps3 as platinumed and most played looool it was addicting i think twisted metal and this game are going to close the gap or even surpass it long live gaming ( sony and sega before them )
I can't believe they used Cole from Infamous 2 and not 1. To me that's the equivalent of using Activision's Crash and Spyro over the originals. Bad choice! At least he's in it though cos he should have a good move set.
Well I knew this was coming. No way they would leave Cole and Jak and Daxter out of this game. Ratchet is probably next. I am still hoping for Sir Dan,Crash,Kat and Spyro. BTW did anyone else see that Daxter attacks you too? He gave Heihachi a couple of kicks in that video. Also that ionic storm move by Cole is awesome.
the only problem is Im nervous because the game requires you to use super to kill your opponents. Whats gonna happen when you play this game 6 months down the line and get tired of all the supers? Its gonna happen at one point where people will just get tired of the same cinematic level 3's every time. I just hope it doesn't happen to me.
Hopefully they'll add a mode like the one in Super Smash Bros Brawl either for launch or later on as DLC. I don't see why they don't do this anyway, it's nice to have a choice with how you want to play a game. They have a stock mode so their half way there.
I don't see why. No one gets tired of the same finishing moves in Mortal Kombat, or the same super moves in SSBB (and they only have one of those) or the same power attacks in Powerstone (they only have one of those too). In PASBR you have several combos, ten different skins, several modes and three levels of super attacks.
Plus the main thing isn't only the super attacks. It's how fast you can get them and how many points you can get killing your opponents before time runs out while avoiding death yourself. That is why fighting games have more then a few characters. So you can mix it up. How fast can you get tired of twenty plus characters with, according to Superbot, more to come.Besides the people who have actually played it say that it is not the problem that people keep claiming it is.
Cole and Jak & Daxter are ace... but we all knew they were in the game from the start. Sackboy, Ratchet & Clank and Solid Snake are also guaranteed shoo-ins by this point. Where it gets interesting is when the characters who aren't on the cards get announced. Fellows like Sir Daniel Fortesque, Spike, Kat, Nariko, Wander, Crash: that's where the excitement really lies.
