Spec Ops: The Line – Review (Better Late than Never) «

Spec Ops: The Line, a remake of an older Playstation series developed by Yager Entertainment (the originals were done by Zombie Studios). Once upon a time, Rockstar Vancouver was in play to develop a game for the PS2, but that never saw the light of day. Yager (published by 2k Games) took an interesting approach to revamping the series, focusing mainly on the single player progression and the story (in a war game you say? Preposterous). Do they have what it takes to re-ignite the old series, or is it destined to tumble into mediocrity? (PS3, Spec Ops: The Line, Xbox 360) 8.7/10

Not bad. I might turn my XBox 360 back on for this.
