It was just announced by Sega that you'll be able to play Sonic Adventure 2 on the PSN or Xbox Live this Fall, most likely for $10.
I want Sonic Adventure 2: Battle! Then I will be very very happy lol. Though SA2 isn't a bad start!
i dont what they can do SA2 for a add one tbh there no difference btween SA2 (dreamcast) and SA2B ( gamecube)
Didn't they release the sonic adventure DX content as an add on to buy after you buy the original? (HUGE rip off) . I imagine the extra 2 player stages and characters from battle will be sold as (overpriced) DLC
battle might be add-on
$15 is a little steep. I'd rebuy it for $10 though. Best Sonic game I've ever played. EDIT: Shenmue shouldnt be too far off.
Whoops, I meant to put $10. Thanks for pointing that out!
@shenmue wishful thinking
It'll happen. Theres a MUCH bigger fan outcry for Shenmue 1/2 than there is for Sonic Adventure 2. If Sega sells both games in a bundle for $15, they'll be laughing to the bank!
Same here, i'm looking into buying it.
Awesome...hope online support and HD
omg cant wait :D
Earlier this year one Sega employee said Shenmue and Skies of Arcadia are the most requested games and........of course we get more sonic.
Finally... I knew this was coming to PSN was waiting for this game for so long to play it again. Now im proud =)
Another dreamcast port that isn't toy commander; avoiding! That game with online multiplayer would be like a whole new game! I kid; it's a pretty good game (SA2) but I own the better version on GameCube already; actually the original dreamcast disc is still inside my broken dreamcast :(
Toy commander would make me love SEGA to no end. i have never played anything like that since. Might be difficult since No Cliche is no longer a developer. who knows who owns the rights to that
I dunno, sonic adventure 1 was a really bad port. Most of the screen was taken up by this ridiculous border, which really annoyed me.
That made me mad too. It was like playing on a tv that's a couple inches smaller.
Hopefully it's in HD and has Widescreen support unlike the first.
Live and learn! Hangin on the edge of tomorrow! Finally!
This great, it really is and I can't wait! But where the hell is Jet Grind Radio?!
I'm so excited about this. They took long enough since releasing the first one on the networks. But Sega seem to be adamant on re-releasing everything except Shenmue.
