Skewed and Reviewed have posted some gameplay video from Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge on the Wii U.
Why don't you zoom in some more? I don't think I see it well enough. /s FFS. http://www.youtube.com/watc... There we go
They had very strict rules about recording. Distance, angle, zoom, all had to be followed. They even said we could only use a flip cam.
This might end up being the best version of NG3. I know that isn't saying much, but at least the Wii U version supports decapitations. I've actually been pleasently surprised by the graphics of the Wii U in a lot of the videos I've been seeing lately.
Ninja Gaiden 3 mine as well have been a Beta on 360 and PS3. Wii U version will be way better.
shame on team ninja... they better re-release the game for PS3 with all the modifications... if not they are going to piss off a lot of fans... i actually got rid of ninja gaiden three for all the feature that were missing... but when i saw the wii u version they were there. pissed!
They didn't re-release Sigma 2 with decapitation so I doubt this version will come to Xbox 360 or PS3. NG3 is a terrible game anyhow, go play NG1 & 2 instead.
So much for the WiiU being family-friendly. I like how Nintendo presents itself as family-friendly then throw an M-rated game as a curveball that catches people by surprise. Super NES - Mortal Kombat 2 and 3 Nintendo 64 - Conker's Bad Fur Day GameCube - Killer7 Wii - House Of The Dead: Overkill, MadWorld and Manhunt 2 WiiU - Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge
You know "family entertainment" means kids and adults, right? Children's entertainment is different from family entertainment. Oh and you missed a number of other M rated games for GCN, Wii and Wii U.
After Nintendo dropped the Strict (and I mean Strict! Like let me look at what you are doing 1st strict) Nintendo Approval Seal- they have allowed 3rd Party freedom.
BMXX was one of the 1st console games to have Nudity in it and PlayStation and/or X-Box Censored it but Nintendo did not. Look it up WIKIpedia.
The idea that Nintendo still Censores comes from 3rd Parties who are trying to be like more like Mario in order to appeal to what they THINK Nintendo Fans want.
Nintendo's 1st Party games are Family Friendly but the 2nd Parties like Conker (Rare) and Eternal Darkness, Metal Gear:Twin Snake (?) [SK+(Konami)] can get wild.
Also, Nintendo has worked behind the scenes to help with these games.
>Think Bueno Vista and Disney.
Since then they have repeatedly courted 3rd Parties for M Rated Games. The Wii had Scar Face: Black Hand Ed. and Manhunt and Reggie wanted GTA...
Exactly. This whole "family-friendly" thing as in no M-rated games allowed was NOA's and NOE's idea until the Mortal Kombat debacle made them change their stance. Look up wikipedia and Nintendo's content guidelines. <BMXX was one of the 1st console games to have Nudity in it and PlayStation and/or X-Box Censored it but Nintendo did not. Look it up WIKIpedia.> LMAO. And yet Nintendo is branded as the "kiddie" company. It was indeed Sony that demanded it censored while Nintendo and Microsoft allowed it as was. Too bad that spelled the beginning of the end for Acclaim as that and all their successive games flopped. <The idea that Nintendo still Censores comes from 3rd Parties who are trying to be like more like Mario in order to appeal to what they THINK Nintendo Fans want.> The real problem is the way third parties are going about putting M-rated games on Nintendo's consoles. <Nintendo's 1st Party games are Family Friendly but the 2nd Parties like Conker (Rare) and Eternal Darkness, Metal Gear:Twin Snake (?) [SK+(Konami)] can get wild. Also, Nintendo has worked behind the scenes to help with these games.> They even managed to Doom, Duke Nukem and Max Payne on their platform. And who would have ever thought that the GameCube be the lead platform for one of the most influential games of the 2000's in Resident Evil 4? <Since then they have repeatedly courted 3rd Parties for M Rated Games. The Wii had Scar Face: Black Hand Ed. and Manhunt and Reggie wanted GTA...> At least they tried. But there's no guarantee that M-rated games will succeed on Nintendo's consoles just like there's no guarantee that any other E or T-rated game will succeed.
No screen tearing on this version!
It was fast, smooth and fun. I took some heat for saying the system was underpowered. In many of the Nintendo games, it still has dated graphics which while better then the Wii are not shown to be up to the current game consoles. That being said, the third party stuff like this and ZombieU are on par if not a bit better and when they start really coding for it, I expect even better things.
