Gamers@Play Goldeneye Reloaded Retro Review

When it was announced in 2011 that there would be a new James Bond game in the form of Reloaded, expectations were low. Previous Bond games hadn’t possessed as much quality as one would expect from a franchise of such calibre. Goldeneye 007: Reloaded is an XBOX 360 and PS3 update to the 2010 Wii game Goldeneye 007. This Wii game was in fact an update as well; this time of a Nintendo 64 game of the same name. So, that makes Reloaded an update of an update of a game based on a film. Try saying that five times faster. I guess then that calling Reloaded a new game isn’t technically correct, but with the amount of features added since the release of the Wii game there was a lot of room for improvement (or regression) in Activision’s game. (GoldenEye 007: Reloaded, PC, PS3, Xbox 360) 6.5/10
