Gearbox may change the title of Brothers in Arms: Furious 4

By the time Brothers in Arms: Furious 4 hits stores it may be known by another name, Gearbox founder Randy Pitchford has told VideoGamer.com.

Unable to comment too much on the title at this time – Gearbox is currently focussed on Borderlands 2 and Aliens: Colonial Marines – Pitchford said: "It's evolved quite a lot. When I do talk about it again, you'll see a big change. But I'll be talking about that later. I'm not sure, but we'll definitely not talk about it before Borderlands launches, we might even wait until Aliens launches. But we might talk just before Aliens, we'll see."

He later added: "The other thing too, because on the game-side it's changed a lot – you know like when we changed the art direction for Borderlands? It's still evolving, that's one of the other reasons we're not talking about it. It's not inconceivable that we might even change the name."

Perfect, The Furious Four would be a great new title, separate it from the Brothers in Arms Franchise!

... this might be a nice game in it's own right, but it doesn't look worthy of the Brothers in Arms title.

It's too different in style and gameplay.

Well considering that he said its evolved a lot we don't even know what the style and gameplay is. We never knew how the gameplay would be in the first place since all they showed was that CG trailer. Just the style. For all we know it could be back to Hell's Highway style. That would insure a name change like he mentions.

So it's borderlands except it's more of a military shooter lol, I will buy any Gearbox game. After playing the amazing Borderlands, I was immediately confident about BL2, and I preordered that.
