VGW Review: Theatrhythm Final Fantasy

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy is the ultimate nostalgia trip for anyone who has a history with the Final Fantasy series, and it’s all wrapped up in an expertly-presented package. Though the game has an awkward start not unlike many Japanese RPGs, it is the ultimate kind of fanservice that will pull at the heartstrings of anyone who’s ever shed a tear at VI‘s opera scene or still finds themselves humming their favorite battle theme. What better way to celebrate the series’ 25th anniversary? (3DS, Theatrhythm Final Fantasy) 4/5
