Not the most convenient method, but better than having the account stolen and migrated to a new system under one's nose.

Hell if I know how effectively this will work. Here's hoping it's painless.

I can almost guarantee it will be painful, especially when dealing with government bodies. Best way to avoid this is by not having stolen in the firstplace. im probably gonna chain my Rotti to it.
